STRUCTURE
LARGE
VOIDS
Thermal Insulation depends on the structure and size of cells.
Conventional foams typically contain a random combination of large cells
and voids. These voids allow air molecules to move through the foam
resulting in energy loss. Loctite TITEFOAM has a more dense structure due
to more and smaller diameter cells. The result is higher energy efficiency
and reduced energy loss.

CONVENTIONAL FOAM
WHAT MAKES TITEFOAM
A BETTER FOAM...
Air quickly finds its way
through conventional
foams cell structure
Dense and uniform
cells deflect air flow,
which reduces energy loss
